The default delivery is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the scheduled date, with no fixed time slot.
If a specific delivery time slot is required, please contact customer service to discuss related fees (arranging for a delivery platform to accept the order).
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the recipient's postal code. Fees are divided by region as follows:
North Burnaby V5B (including SFU Burnaby Campus): $5
Burnaby (excluding North Burnaby V5B): $10
Vancouver (excluding Downtown, UBC and areas west), North Vancouver, Port Moody, New Westminster: $20
Downtown, UBC and areas west, West Vancouver, Coquitlam: $25 Richmond, Surrey: $30
