Will my flower arrangement look exactly like the product picture?
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence. Also the bouquet package may vary according to some conditions like stock status.
What areas do you deliver flowers to?
We offer delivery to Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody and Richmond. For specific delivery locations, please check our delivery page or you can input your address into the delivery area in your order to see the fee that is charged.
Do you deliver flowers to funeral homes, if so what information is needed?
When placing your flower order for a Funeral Service please provide us with the name of the deceased, the name of the funeral home, date & time of viewing.
Do You deliver flowers to hospitals, if so what information is needed?
When placing your flower order for a patient at a hospital, provide us with the name of the patient and room number, also please be sure the patient is not being released and can receive flowers.
